  @jungle scout 17:34 Greg says, 'you can't offer them a discount for them to leave you a review'. I have been using Jumpsend for 19 days now continuously, and have sold 92 units (mostly through giveaways at a 75% discount) but still, await my first review. I use a Jumpsend email sequence and have an excellent listing with professional photos, keyword specific title, bullet points, and product description. As I am trying to gain reviews offering discounts through the Jumpsend deals site am I in breach of Amazon's terms? Does this explain my lack of reviews? Additionally, I also ran an Auto PPC campaign of $50 a day (for 10 days!) which will be covered in your next video but due to my lack of reviews had a very poor conversion rate so I suspended the campaign early. I am now reviewing these old videos that I originally followed along live to see if there's anything I have missed. Can anyone offer advice?

  Hey great video…i had a question. I am launching a new product on amazon for the first time so is it ok if i send the product link to my family and friends so that they can buy the product and drop me a review? Will amazon allow that?

  Question 1) Can only purchasers leave a Review of product or any Amazon A/c Holder can leave a review?
  Question 2) Does the coupon price reduce the amazon FBA and other fees or it will be same based on your existing displayed Sale price.?? If FBA fees dont change, shoudnt we keep the Price very low initially during campaign stage, so that FBA fees are relatively lower during the campaign and hence lower our losses. ?? How does the Coupon works, how does Amazon takes its Fees if we give 90% off on Coupons.

  Hey Greg, I just started selling on Amazon.ca, is there any platform like Jump Send for promotions in Canada you could recommend? I guess Jump send works only for emails but not promotions in our country..

  We really like the tool itself but we have been trying to get a response to a simple tech support issue for two weeks now (can't get access for all 3 of the seats of the app we purchased!) without a peep from these guys. Like a lot of online companies they only offer an email address as a means of contact which is fine if you actually respond! Adding insult to inqury is the fact that I do keep getting emails asking me to fill out a survey for them. Not a great time to ask for feedback from a paying customer when I can't get any response from customer service guys! Any suggestions on how I can get your attention aside from posts like this ?

  Hi Greg and Ronaldo, Amazon removes reviews that have a deep discount or any discount. I tired this strategy earlier this year to launch and all reviews got taken down. No one can leave a review if they have had any discount whatsoever. This is an old strategy that no longer works.
