On your site you said that Blogspot blogs are not ranking on Google. Check these few blogs: thehackernews.com, javarevisited.blogspot.com.
Change your view on Blogger platform. With perfect SEO, both blogger and WordPress can rank well

Seems a very clear signal that authority and reputation are the biggest factor in rankings now. (Besides the still number 1 user experience)
